Tareq Bara spent years watching businesses - good businesses, profitable businesses - hemorrhage money on things that should have been automated a decade ago.

A professional services firm where client onboarding took 6 days because everything was done through email chains and spreadsheets.
These weren't technology companies struggling with cutting-edge problems. These were normal businesses running normal operations in the most inefficient way possible - because "that's how we've always done it."
Tareq didn't start Nouvelle to build another AI company. He started it because he kept seeing the same problem everywhere: smart business owners running dumb processes. Not because they were lazy or incompetent - but because nobody had shown them what was possible.

Before founding Nouvelle, he spent years deep in the trenches of AI systems, automation architecture, and B2B operations - figuring out how to make technology do the heavy lifting so business owners can focus on what actually moves the needle.
He's the one on your strategy call. He's the one designing your systems. He doesn't hand things off to a junior team and disappear. That's not how Nouvelle works.

Nouvelle is deliberately lean. We don't hire to fill seats - we hire when we find someone who's genuinely better at something than we are. Our team includes specialists in AI development, automation engineering, voice AI, and systems integration.
We're growing. Carefully. Because the worst thing an automation agency can do is get so big that it can't move fast.
What we actually care about.
1. Build it right, not fast.
We could ship sloppy automations in 48 hours and collect a check. We don't. Every system we deploy gets tested, refined, and stress-tested before it touches your business. Speed matters, but not more than reliability.
2. Outcomes over outputs.
We don't measure success by how many automations we shipped. We measure it by how much time we saved, how much revenue we recovered, how many manual hours we eliminated. If the numbers don't move, we haven't done our job.
